Gyproc have joined an elite group of fewer than 50 Irish based companies that have been certified as meeting the European standard for energy management, EN 16001. Certification Europe recently awarded the Irish Revenue Commissioners with Ireland's first business continuity management (BCM) certification, allowing Revenue to prove that they meet BS 25999, the BCM standard. Certification to BS 25999 was a proactive step by Revenue to ensure that when the unexpected occurs they can ensure the continuity of their operation, the collection of taxes and the delivery of funds to the exchequer.
