Dublin City Council achieve ISO 50001 Certification

As the first Local authority to successfully implement and achieve ISO 50001 certification, Alan Hester and his team in Wood Quay offices of Dublin City Council are understandably proud of the coveted award they received earlier this year.

As well as a couple of snaps with Energy Manager, Alan Hester and Certification Europe CEO, Michael Brophy on a beautiful Dublin morning, we caught up with Alan to get some more insight into the implementation project, how it has effected the energy consumption and what savings have they seen thus far.
