Promote your company’s ISO 14001 certification via The Sustainable Business Challenge 2012
The Dublin Chambers of Commerce is running the “Sustainable Business Challenge – 2012” and we would like to encourage our clients to enter the competition. The competition is specifically relevant to our ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 50001 Energy clients who have completed audits to environmental best practice within their organisations.
In 2010 we encouraged our clients to enter the Environmental category in the D15 Annual Business and Community Awards. Servecentric one of our ISO 14001 certified clients successfully won the Environmental award on the night. The ISO 14001 certified company saw off strong competition from IBM, Symantec and International Warehousing & Transport Ltd. to scoop the award on the night.
The Sustainable Business Challenge competition will showcase businesses’ green initiatives across all industries as the foundation of Dublin’s emerging green economy. Finalists will gain valuable exposure to green experts, consumers, prominent business leaders and the media to help ignite the green economy.
The winner will receive up to €5,000 worth of prizes at an event with special guest Dragon’s Den Judge, Bobby Kerr.
If you think your company has what it takes to pitch to the Dragons please fill out The Dublin Chambers of Commerce short application form and highlight your green credentials.
