Certification Europe Named As the 13th Best Workplaces™ in Ireland

Certification Europe is thrilled to announce that they have been recognised as the 13th Best Small Workplace in Ireland for 2022!  That’s an improvement of 7 places in the last year and 12 places since 2020. Certification Europe was recognised at the 20th annual Great Place to Work Awards on Wednesday 23rd February 2022. This is Certification Europe’s 4th consecutive year to be named as a top Irish workplace, which is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.

Certification Europe is a unique employer. They put employee well-being at the forefront of all they do.

Our culture is open communication and inclusion. They want their employees to be motivated in their jobs and happy to come to work. This is achieved by collaboration, engagement and development of all employees. It is an amazing place to work and that is why it continuously achieves and retains its Great Place to Work status. – Erica O’Brien, Recruitment Business Partner at Certification Europe

“In a year that looked like a second edition of the previous one, putting people at the centre of organisations’ strategies has been more challenging than ever. More than keeping the businesses economically on track, companies have faced numerous changes in health restrictions that have constantly required flexibility, adaptation, and resilience. Coping with digital fatigue and mental health difficulties among the teams has been an extra concern for leadership teams.

Organisations that had invested in their culture and people before the pandemic have overcome these challenges with flying colours. Being recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces 2022 demonstrates these organisations commitment to improving their culture and putting their people first, whatever challenges they face. Ireland’s Best Workplaces can be very proud of their achievement in this particular year and have shown once again that working on the basics and with committed leadership dialled in on improving their culture will reap rewards when it comes to talent attraction and retention.

Each and every organisation on this year’s list has reason to celebrate: I’d like to take the time to say congratulations to all of Ireland’s Best Workplaces 2022!” said Cathal Divilly, CEO of Great Place to Work® Ireland.
