ISO 50001 Carbon Literacy Training

Our ISO 50001 Carbon Literacy training course is a specifically designed one-day climate and carbon budgeting training course based on changes to the 2018 Energy Standard and the Government Climate Action plan. It focuses on how best to plan, implement and manage controls around the emission of greenhouse gas (GHG) so that your organisation meets requirements to reduce its carbon footprint to help tackle climate change. Our ISO 50001 Carbon Literacy training course will provide course participants with the tools and knowledge required to help their organisations achieve reduced carbon emissions in line with recent legislation. The Climate Action Plan 2021 puts Ireland on an ambitious path towards a greener economy and society to counteract the negative consequences of climate change. It introduced a legally binding national target of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions no later than 2050 and a reduction of 51% by 2030. The legislation affects all Irish businesses, particularly those operating in the transport, construction, agriculture, and energy sectors.
