Patrick is a qualified environmental science professional with over 17 years’ experience in environmental compliance and inspection projects. He brings unrivalled tangible experience in the practical application of environmental policy and legislation. Patrick’s “on the ground” experience is combined with his technical expertise in the design, implementation and evaluation of environmental and market surveillance auditing and inspections programmes.

By applying an analytical rigor to solving technical challenges, Patrick has built an excellent reputation for his technical knowledge of the waste industry derived from his specialised training in that field. As a leading expert in waste management in Ireland, Patrick presents a unique technical understanding of waste flows from ‘cradle to grave’ both within the State and internationally where is expertise has been utilised by the United Nations Environment Programme.
